QCMP088. ISOPROT: A Program for Conforming the Relaxation pH Profiles of Proteins to Nine Isomerization Schemes by Fernando J. Vega-Catalan, Department of Computer Science, University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria

ISOPROT is to be used for conforming the relaxation pH profiles of proteins to any one of nine possible isomerization schemes which are built into the system.

The conformation is carried out by minimizing the weighted sum of squares of the deviations of reciprocal relaxation time as a function of pH.

The program is written in Turbo Pascal (v. 4.0). Some of the functions and procedures from the Professional TURBO 4.0 library were used in designing the interfaces. The program will run in Hercules graphics, CGA, EGA, VGA or PC3270 graphics modes. Borland Turbo Pascal (v. 4.0 or later) Lines of Code: 1895
